I havent oposted my food diary for a couple of days, as we have been away for a long weekend to Bournemouth. Needless to say i have not stuck to the plan but i have tried to count calories as best i can (not taking into account fat content!!)

I am pleased to say that the scales remained the same today so i am very pleased i managed not to put on.

Back on it today, here goes:

B- 2 weetabix, milk from allowance, mini banana

l- Tuna Salad, mayo and strawberries

d- omlette? or Jacket potato, baked beans and salad

Been to a wedding today so not very good i'm afraid! Having said that it was this trendy food where you dont get very much so not actually as bad a it sounds!:confused:
