I thought i would start doing this, because if i feel like being naughty i might change my mind because i dont want to put it on here... Dont know if it will work but i'm gonna be honest!!!

Kit-Kat (5 syns)
Muller Light -strawberry
Sweet Tai Chilly Noodle
Chicken and Chips - (Not sure how many syns)
Ketcup - ( 1 syn )

The reason i dont know how many syns is because i live with my boyfriends parents and dinner is made when i come in from work. Dinners are always a bit difficult.

Being honest is the best way, and writing it down does help. I do it too. I would so easily *forget* what I've eaten if I didn't!

Doesn't seem like you've eaten much today...aren't you dead hungry?! I only ask, cos I would be if that's all I'd had by mid afternoon! :)
