That would be such fun! I love waffles, but especially love your pancakes!! Not the same over here :( No I don't drink sweet tea, I like regular english tea with a little bit of milk and no sugar :) Might have to have a cup in a mo actually!
 
Ahhhh, yes... Pancakes are really yummy!!!! :)

Personally, I love sweet tea, however I also like unsweet tea! LOL :)

I LOVE hot tea! YUMMMY!!! It is one of my favorite things to drink in the winter! There is just something so comforting about a mug of hot tea. :)

your calories were very low for an up day - well done you - your weight loss this week should be great :):)

so what do you plan to have for your dd today - me I am going to try not to eat until I have too
 
Day 10 DD

Its 11:00 AM and the only thing Ive had so far is Coffee! Woohoo! :)

UPDATE EDIT!~!~!~

Ok.. My company wanted to go out to eat.. So I did good! I did my research! LOL

Here is what I had the rest of the day...

We went to Applebees and I had the Shrimp and Spinach Salad (I told them to hold the dressing, I brought my own!) - 280
My dressing - 20
1 piece of bread - 40
1 piece of cheese - 60
1 yogurt parfait from Mcdonalds (no granola) - 130
Diet Root beer

(I hope I got the calories right on the salad.. There are soooo many different "calories counts" on that salad out there Oh well)

Total for the day....... 530!!!

I can't believe I managed to get a DD!!! Woohoo!!!

Tomorrow is any UD! Woohoo! Im soo excited!

I will post more tomorrow!

by 4pm today I had had one cup of tea (splash of milk) 4 fruit teas

its going to be far more difficult for you with company - but the joy of this plan is the availability of a medium day - no other plan seems to have this flexibility
 
My DD went pretty good yesterday! :) Thanks!! I always come back and update my "diary" on the entry I started for the day. So yesterday I went back last night and updated it.


Ok.... My schedule is changing AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!! ARGH!!!!! Why can't I stick to what I originally wanted to do!!!

As you all know.. I wanted to go M,W,F are all DDs.. Thursday a MD, and Tues,Sat,Sun UDs..... Well last week it got messed up. (which was fine, I still lost weight) and now this week its gettin changed up again!!!!!!!!!!!! ARGH!!!! Also with the way its gettin messed up this week, its gonna effect next week..... So it will be a week and a half before I can get back on my original plan of UDs and my DDs.... ARGH!!!!!

This is what happend... My mother in law called and wants to go to a really nice place on Friday night to eat! ARGH!!! Soooo of couse we said "yes" ... We love this place!!! :)))) Sooooo That messes up my DD and also my WI on Saturday....... So this is my plan for the next week and a half until I can get back to the "original plan" I made for myself! LOL

Here it is for this week and next until I can get back to original plan....
Thurs - MD (I did a DD yesterday so I can't do 2 DDs in a row, right?)
Friday - UD (eating out at a really nice place)
Saturday - UD (company coming over)
Sunday - DD
Mon - UD
Tues - DD
Wed - UD
Thursday - MD
Friday - DD (here is where I get back on track with my original plan! LOL)
Sat, Sun - Back to UDs....


My question is this.....

Im not gonna WI on Saturday now this week because it is going to follow a UD.... So should I WI tomorrow morning after a MD, or should I weigh in on Monday morning after a DD?

Im still gettin in plenty of DDs... but I would like to do it more the way its suppose to be! ARGH! Not having to constantly rearrange stuff! ARGH!!! But then again, it does show us the beauty of this diet! It can be fit into any lifestyle changes and you can still lose weight. :)

Day 11 MD (I thought about doin another DD, but I thought it might not be good for me)

3 pieces of already cooked bacon (a different kind of already cooked bacon that I usually get - more calories ARGH!) - 70
2 pieces of light bread - 80
2 pieces of cheese - 120
1 tbsp of butter (we made grilled cheese)- 60
Tomato with my dressing - 10
Coffee again with Cinnamon - Yummy! LOL
Hot tea - 0
1 pack of 100 cal cookies - 100
1 fruit roll up - 50
1 serving of cookie crisp cereal - 100

We had pizza tonight! ARGH!!! The place we get pizza from doesn't have the calorie count... Soooooo Ive been lookin online and Im just estimating the calories based on the calorie count of other pizza places around here I found online.

Soooooo

2 pieces of cheese pizza (240 each) - 480 ARGH
1 bread stick - 100
1/2 container of buttery garlic sauce - 190 YIKES!

Sooo a grand total of....

1500 Blah! So much for a MD! ARGH!!!!!

Ok... Im switchin this up again!!! I can't have 3 UDs back to back! ARGH!!!! Just the thought of it makes me feel sick! :( ARGH

Just catching up with your diary, you did the right thing having a md following a dd and not another dd. I think two dds in a row wouldn't be good plus force your body into starvation mode so could mess up your metabolism and weight loss.

You certainly make the most of your calorie allowance :) Think we will all come and visit lol, sounds lovely your food :D

and yes this way of eating is so flexible - it really does help us to stick with it even when things spoil our best laid timetables :)
 
Ok... New and improved plan since things have gotten messed up once again! GEEZ!

Thursday (ended up being an UD ARGH! It was suppose to be a MD - Oh well)
Friday UD (suppose to be a DD)
Sat DD (suppose to be an UD - I have company coming over.. Im just gonna have to figure it out somehow!!!)
Sun MD - UD (800-1300 ish calories -- also suppose to be an UD)
Mon DD (now back to Normal! LOL)

Tuesday -- I will WI on this day! And then go back to my WIs on Saturday starting on the 24th! LOL ARGH!!! All of this just drives me nuts! However doing it this way will put me back on schedule faster than what I had planed earlier.

In case yall can't tell, Ive gotta have a plan! ROFL

How does this sound? Geez it will be a miracle if I lose weight now with all of this shifting around stuff! LOL

However this New and improved plan seems to be better with gettin me back on track faster and includes more DDs...

I think with this plan it doesn't matter so much. So are still having your DD's so must surely still lose weight. That's what makes it so great to stick to (almost!) as you never have that feeling that you can't socialise and feel deprived all the time. You're doing great.
 
I think this plan is so forgiving - you will lose weigh over the two weigh ins to come - but it might look a bit erratic and not follow a nice smooth curve - but hey it wont matter when it comes off as long as it does

1 supreme chicken soft taco from Taco Bell - 260 (I think, I can't find a really accurate calorie count ARGH! But I think that is close enough)
1 Kit Kat candy bar (sooo yummy) - 210

Thats it until we eat tonight....

Tonight we are eatin at a really nice place.... It will be good!

Even though I have company coming over tomorrow... I am managing to do a DD. :) We went shoppin today and I have my day all planned for tomorrow! Woohoo!!! DD here I come! Have I said before how much I love this diet/lifestyle? LOL :)

I can't believe its not butter spray - 0
1/2 tsp of cinnamon and sugar - 7.5
2 olives - 20 cals?? (according to what it says online)
Coffee with cinnamon - 0
2 slices of tomato with garlic salt and peper - 0 (I guess I need to start counting these)

Be back later with the rest of todays menu.

2 hard shell tacos - 120
1/4 cup of beans - 60
2 tsp of light sour cream - 40
Lettuce, onion, tomato and salsa - 50
2 serving of chips dipped in salsa - 260
Garlic powder, garlice salt - 0
2 cookies - 130


Total for the day - 897 ish...

Soooo it ended up being a Medium day.. :( oh well... Still not to bad... Im ok with it. :)

I would have been ok if I didn't eat those 2 servings of chips with salsa ARGH!!! I was starving!!!

Ohhhh I also had 2 or 3 of those chips dipped in a cheese sauce, but I have no idea how to count that....

Oh well...

Tomorrow is an UD!!! Wooohoooo!!!!! Then Monday is a wonderful DD!!! I look forward to my DDs. :)

Lol I'd prob be there everyday if I had one! I do make tacos quite often tho, the whole family love them!

Total 505 calories for the day! Woohoo!
