Yes I agree a great part of this plan but not sure I can be trusted yet to swap and change! Great stuff - well done on your solid and constant success.
 
Day 21.... Was an UD also... LOL I was gonna try really hard to have one weekend day a MD... but it just didn't happen.... Oh well..... :)
 
Day 22 DD (Monday) Oct 26,2009

I walked about 20 mins first thing this morning....

~Coffee with cinnamon - 0
~Salad (lettuce, roma tomato, garlic powder, pepper, garlic salt, and spritz dressing - 30, and 4 pieces of already cooked bacon crumbled on it - 70) - 100
~2 pieces of light toast - 80
~I can't believe its not butter - 0
~Cinnamon and sugar - 15
~1 mini fruit roll up - 40
~Salad again! Yummy! (lettuce, roma tomato, garlic powder, pepper, garlic salt, and spritz dressing - 30, and 4 pieces of already cooked bacon crumbled on it - 70) - 100
~2 pieces of light toast - 80
~I can't believe its not butter - 0
~Cinnamon and sugar - 15
~Hot tea - 0
~1 extra piece of bacon - 18ish calories

HA HA!!! I ate the same thing all day long! It was yummy though!!! :)

Today ended up being a MD... ARGH!!!

1 fruit roll up - 40

Sooo at this point I only had 140 calories....

Then....

We went out for mexican food! LOL

I was good though! No worries! :)

I had a Diet Coke
1 piece of chicken with onions on it
LOTS of salsa
1/2 of a flour shell
A handful of chips with salsa
A handful of chips dipped in cheese....
1 small piece of chocolate

Thats all! :)

So it was a pretty good MD.....

Im gonna do a MD tomorrow......
Then Friday Im back to my DD.... :) I should still lose weight doing it this way. :)

Day 25 MD..... (it was suppose to be an UD, and yesterday was suppose to be a DD.. but I messed up a little and yesterday was a MD instead! ARGH!!! So today Im doing a MD also to make up for it... And tomorrow will be a DD... Then the weekend UDs.)

Coffee - 0
Mcdonalds Egg Mcmuffin - 300
2 servings of Apple Jacks - 200
1 serving of 1% milk - 110

UDATE EDIT!~!~!~!

1 pack of crackers - 200
1 salad from Zaxbys - 607 (according to their website)
2 packs of the light dressing they had (50 each) - 100
1 pack of honey mustard - 184 (again, that is according to their site)

Total - 1701

I also had a couple pieces of chocolate! LOL But I don't know how to count those..... :)

It wasn't exactly a MD.... More of an UD... But still pretty good!

Tomorrow is a DD! :)
