Your meal choices are lovely! I am trying to get back on Atkins too. I'm restarting induction today. Going right back to the basics.
Don't beat yourself up about struggling, it's half the battle hun. This is a life choice, life happens sometimes...just roll with it, but remember to draw a line under it, then move back on with low carb.

I would ditch the energy drinks tho (I do have them probably once a week and it doesn't help!) How do u do with water? I am crap! Xxx

Restarting with induction myself today. Just sat debating what I can get from Morrisons for my lunch with limited cooking facilities in the office... Microwave only? I'm pretty good with water especially when I'm in the office.

I've been really good today - I really lost my way, I'm glad I have someone else who is restarting induction at the same time as me! :) x

I don't know much to be honest, just little bits I've read on here but I am a coffee drinker usually with a couple of sweeteners so thought I'd use coconut oil instead and see what it was like. It was okay, just like coffee but added lip balm to your lips haha!! You should try!! I added about a tablespoon to hit water then added my usual coffee.

I'm glad your here too!! I really mean business I'm determined to beat these cravings and get on the loser wagon!!

Definitely getting on this coconut oil wagon....I am yet to try it. So I will buy some tomorrow and get going with this BPC too.

I get sick of eating the same things. Atkins seems snacky to me haha!!

Thanks, I'm in he zone. I was saying to my OH last night I feel like instead of having to take it a at at a time, it's a meal at a time haha xx

Oh it totally is a meal at a time until u get really in the swing of it.
When I was proper in the zone between Sept-Dec, I didn't even think of eating any other way....it just became habit. I lost all my weight pretty much during those months and since Xmas. ..it's been a struggle. I think I've only managed 14lbs in 4 months. Which I am NOT complaining about...but being in the zone is key!!!

A meal at a time is a fantastic way to look at it! In the same way as setting mini goals I guess. X

Yeah I agree with the mini goals. My OH is back 5 weeks today so need to set one but not sure what's realistic.

Also no pic of lunch as I ate it so quick I forgot!! Was a repeat of last nights chicken Caesar salad xx

How long have you been testing with the sticks? I found it usually took a good 3-4 days to get into ketosis! The weight is coming down,that's the main thing!! ?

Yes weight is going down but I'm desperate to see purple on that tiny stick haha!!

Been to the gym this morning as I have a day off work and will be spending most of it in the hairdressers and I'm pretty sure I've injured my shoulder. It didn't feel too bad at the gym but just been struggling to even dry myself :( never been injured before... I hope it's not for long.
 
No food pics today. Didn't eat til 4 and got a double cheeseburger from Burger King and ditched the bun. A little bit gutted but had to be better than a Greggs! Chicken salad for dinner and had a couple of BPC with double cream. I absolutely love them!!

Dinner was chicken salad with mayo. I've snacked on cheese and peperamis too today. Can't seem to fill myself up. And I had 3 BPC!!! I am so addicted, I love them. Someone tell me how naughty this is?
