Jo's Fresh Start

    Hi i have been doing sw since May 2010 and had managed to lose 23 lbs, getting down to 12 st 12. Then i went on an all inclusive family holiday back in may/june of this year and after 2 weeks returned 7 1/2 lbs heavier at 13 st 5 1/2. Since then my heart has not been in it and i have lost 1 put on 2 etc. I decided on Wednesday when i weighed in and found i was now 13 st 9 that i really need to get back on track.
    I have joined a gym and am following the plan 100%.

    My food diary since weds is

    Magic porridge (HEB) with blueberries
    Uncle Bens Rice Time Sweet & Sour
    Thai style meatballs
    Melon, Apple, Pear,
    Salmon, potatoes, green beans, carrots and mini corn cobs 2 tbsp salsa (2)
    3 Babybel lights (HEA)
    WW Chocolate Eclair (4)
    2 x mini twister ice creams 2 1/2 each (5)
    Total Syns (11 1/2)

    Mullerlight Toffee & a apple
    Harvesters : Chcicken Skin off, Jacket Potato with 1 tbsp sour cream (2 1/2), Corn Cob, Salad, 1 tbsp light mayo (2 1/2) 1 Tbsp BBQ sauce (1) 1 small white crusty roll (6 1/2) with small amount of low fat spread (1 1/2)
    Vegetable Curry with boiled rice,
    57g Low Low cheese spread (HEA) with 6 x wholewheat crackerbread (HEB)
    Total syns (14)

    Big bowl of melon
    Steak, SW Chips, Mushrooms, Tomatoes roasted in balsamic vinegar 1 TBSP Ketchup (1)
    1 mini twister ice cream (2 1/2)
    Veggie curry with boiled rice
    1 mini ripple bar (4 1/2)
    57g LOW LOW cheese spread (HEA) & 6 x wholewheat crackerbread (HEB)
    1 Large Twister Ice Cream (3 1/2)

    Total syns (11 1/2)

    Today i did 1 1/2 hours in the gym and burnt off 525 calories on the cardio machines and also did 2 circuits of weights. :D

    Breakfast Frittata made with bacon, onion, mixed peppers, eggs, HEA of cheese served with baked beans
    Roast Beef, potatoes, carrots, onions, broccoli and 2 x yorkshire puds at 2 1/2 syns each (5) 1 tbsp tomato ketchup (1)
    Apple crumble made with 113g stewed apple (2) Porride oats and scan bran (HEB) served with vanilla mullerlight
    1 Twister Ice Cream (3 1/2) have been counting these as 4 1/2 but these are multipack ones so only 3 1/2
    Vegetable Curry and boiled rice
    Mini ripple choccie bar (4 1/2)

    Total syns 16

    Feeling really p ositiveas have just got back from 2 hours in the gym, burned over 600 calories on the cardio machines and did 2 circuits of the weights. :)

    Well done on you weight loss so far, keep going at it you will get more and more motivated as you go, dont give up if not you'll end up like me. I joined SW last Aug and stopped in Feb this year and started putting the weight I lost back on plus 1st and a ½ in just over 6 months not good :mad: So Good luck :D

    Thanks Keza88 i have not been on line for a week or so as have been really busy but have still kept to plan.

    28g porridge oats and 1 scan bran (HEB) and strawberry mullerlight with blueberries
    Potato and leek soup, uncles bens rice time sweet and sour, melon, grapes, apple, toffee mullerlight
    Pork in syn free bbq sauce with mushrooms and onions with sw chips and corn cob, Aero mousse (5 syns)
    Mini ripple bar (4 1/2 syns)
    Twister lolly (3 1/2 syns)
    350 ml skimmed milk (HEA)

    Total Syns (13)

    Just finished day 1 of Jillian Micheals 30 day shred

    Just got back from 1 1/2hours in the gym.

    Mini weetabix (HEB) & skimmed milk (HEA)
    Melon, Apple
    Rice Time Chilli (1)
    Potato & Leek Soup, cherry mullerlight with raspberries
    Salmon with saute potatoes cooked in frylight, brocoli and carrots 1 TBSP sauce (1)
    Aero Mousse (5)
    Mini Ripple (4 1/2)
    Twister Lolly (3 1/2)

    Total syns (15)
