So here goes, NEVER posted a food diary before but hoping it'll help keep me on track... Any constructive criticism welcomed...
I am doing SW at home as work shifts and with 2 youngsters it's not easy to get to group.

Ok day 1

Breakfast:
glass water
Banana and apple chopped in yonken fat free vanilla yoghurt.
Cup of tea (milk from HEA allowance)

Glass water & another cuppa during morning, chopped raw carrots.

Lunch:
Asda Chosen by you chick pea Dahl on a bed of veg, cauliflower , sprouts and carrots
Glass of water

dinner (at work as working lates)
SW butternut squash soup (lots) with 2 slices whole meal bread from 400g loaf (HEB)
Apple, pear and clementines


Will update tomorrow with any syns etc, although trying to keep to a minimum his week as had a weekend away and with Xmas and new year need to get right back on track.

Heres to a focused week one.
 
So WI this morning was better than I expected only 1.5lb gain.... So off I go again, 28lb to go...

Will update with food once I've git it straight...

OK food for today:

Breakfast: Chopped apple and banana in yonken fat free vanilla yog
cuppa (milk from HEA) glass of water

Throughout morning: 2 glasses water & another Cuppa

Lunch: Asda Chickpea Dahl & Veg (carrotts, cauliflower & brussells) & glass of water.

Dinner: working again...mostlyt eat while working so picky food is easiest - Rest of yesterdays yummy butternut squash soup, low fat cottage cheese with chopped carrots and tomatoes, 2 x alpen light bars (HEB) activia fat free cherry yoghurt, couple cups of tea and more water. Clementines, apples and a mugshot (sweet & sour) if needed.

Prob Options hot choc for the sweet tooth. I make that 2 syns for the day again... Must try and vary my meals tomorrow, but I fear that means shopping...
 
Ok, day 3 of the diary, still feeling very positive, not been hungry and enjoying eating all my super free food, also managed to hit target 6 glasses of water a day too...

Ok last night had opens hot choc and 3 cadbury's chocolate fingers - I make that 6.5 syns for yesterday.

Today,

Breakfast,
2 x slices of toast (400g wholemeal loaf, HEB)
Extra light flora 1.5 tsp- 2 syns (need to check this) & marmite
Banana chopped in small bowl of onken fat free vanilla yog

Lunch,
3 slices cooked chicken,
Bachelors chicken rice,
Broccoli, carrots and Brussels

Dinner,
Another bowl of butternut squash soup,
Carrots sticks
Fish sticks
Clementines
Activia fat free yog

Lots of water to drink,
Skinny latte with sugar free hazelnut syrup (HEA) + syns???

So not more than 10 syns but unknown exact amount.

Last day at work this week, until Sat, so should be able to have a proper family dinner tomorrow and also must go shopping, been putting it off bu cupboards are pretty bare...

3 x eggs scrambled
Mushrooms
2 x slices bread from 400g wholemeal loaf (HEB)
2 TSP Brown sauce.

Lunch
Large mug of butternut squash soup
Skinny latte with sugarfree syrup - 5 syns
Clementines

Dinner
Not sure yet.... Prob chicken, rice & large portion of superfree veggies.

Options hit choc - 2 syns

Tea with milk from HEA
lots of water

So didn't have the options, had 2 chocolate fingers instead - 3 syns and add chickpea dahl to dinner...yummy.
 
Day 5 - Fri 13th.... Eek

Breakfast
Toast , light flora & marmite (HEB)
3 Clementines

Snack
Fish sticks & couple Clementines, I am a little obsessed!!!

Lunch
Leek & potato soup (Sw little book of soups)

Dinner
Pork medalions
Potatoes
Broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, green beans and sweetcorn on cob.
Gravy - 2 syns

Milk HEA

I am out tonight at a friends 40th, working earlies tomorrow tho so good excuse not to drink much, if any.

So hoping for a good loss to show all my good work this week.
 
Ok so been off the band wagon for few weeks but am determined...

So

Breakfast
First timer with magic porridge - yum could become a fav. Topped with blueberries. (Hex b)

Lunch
Raw carrott followed by.
Chilli con carne - made with extra lean beef mince, onion, garlic, leek, courgette, chilli's, oxo, 2 x tin toms, chilli powder. (4 portions made, 3 frozen)
Batchelors rice, chilli flavour


Tea/supper (snacks, working a late shift I graze throughout the evening)
Butternut & sweet potato soup (home made, adapted Sw recepie)
Raw carrots and low fat homous (2 syns)
Low fat cottage cheese with pineapple.
3 large snack a jacks caramel flavour
(7.5 syns)
Mullerlight yog.

Milk in tea & coffee. (Hex a)

No body magic today.

Total syns = 9.5 syns.... Honkity honk...
 
Day 2... Back in the zone

Breakfast
Magic porridge, (hex b) with plum, kiwi & blueberries

Lunch
Homemade Sw chilli as per yesterday (incl 1/3 superfree)
Bachelors rice

Dinner (as yesterday, working lates = grazing at desk
Sweet & sour mugshot
3 carrots and individual pot of low fat homous - 2 syns
Pot of pineapple low fat cottage cheese
Snap pot of baked beans
Apple
Mullerlight

Treat before bed
Curly wurly - 6 syns

Milk in tea throughout day (hex a)
Water

Total syns = 8 syns...
 
Day 3
Magic oaty pancakes (hex b)
1.5 tbsp maple syrup = 3 syns
Banana, kiwi & blueberries

Fish & chips & mushy peas (removed all batter from fish = 17.5 syns for chips!!!) - family trip to seaside incomplete without fish & chips!!!

Singapore Noodles, SW receipe ay least 1/3 superfree, Muller light yog & fruit

Milk in tea (hex a)

Total syns = 20.5 syns (could have been soooo much worse!!!)
 
Day 4 - Fri 17th Feb

Breakfast
Magic oaty pancakes (hex b)
1.5 tbsp maple syrup = 3 syns
Banana, kiwi & blueberries

Lunch
Hmmm seem to have missed this out - took daughter to cinema and had her small bag of milky way stars - not sure weight so reluctantly synning 33g, - 9 syns :eek: (wish I'd known beforehand!!!)
Apple when home

Dinner
Absolutely Delish SW fish pie - 1.5syns
Mountain of Brocolli, Cauli and Brussell sprouts.
Mullerlight

Total Syns - a rather disappointing but still on target 13.5!!! :sigh:

Forgot to add milk as Hex A (always milk as hex A unless state otherwise)
