Well its the end of week one and I have lost 8lbs :D, really pleased as I don't really feel any different although my boots zip up easily over my calfs now so I knew I must have lost something;)
Really wanted to lose a stone in my first 2 weeks (I like to aim high lol) so I really really want to lose 6lbs next week (I can hope can't I ha ha), still feeling motivated so bring on week 2 !!

Great lose.......I'm just about to finish week 2, n to be honest I've found it really easy. Having said that I've given myself a 4 month target to lose all my excess weight, n I'm absolutely sure I'll have plenty of challenges ahead.

Thanks, I am really impatient and when I was on S+S last year I lost a stone in a fortnight so I suppose I expected the same this time, but I am very happy with my 1st weeks loss, I am dreading this weeks weigh in if I am honest because I know I will be disheatened if its a low number but like you I am finding it fairly easy to stick too I have survived 1 1/2 weekends , my worse time so am pleased with myself. Good luck on your week 2 weigh in :)
 
Week 2 weigh in tomorrow, I think I have lost some weight off my top half, shoulders midrif etc but my jeans are still fitting, I want them to be loose:mad: ha ha, patience is not one of my strong points. I know week 2 can be low in terms of weight loss but am hoping for 3lb at least, well I can hope. I Know water is my friend but I know I havent been drinking enough of it, trouble is it makes me feel sick but I will try to do better today, so that might be my downfall. Have to wait and see tomorrow :hmm:
 
Well really pleased to report that I have lost 4lbs :bliss: Really pleased with that, bring on week 3 ;)
 
Week 3 weigh in tomorrow TOTM so not sure what to expect, I havent slipped up on the diet but I know I am not drinking enough water, I am trying, so will be back tomorrow to update , really hope its a loss no matter how small :fingerscrossed:
 
Well 1lb down this week, not brilliant but I know its water retention due to TOTM, my fingers are very puffy this morning, not too disheartened a loss is a loss afterall. Def has not derailed me, lets hope for a 'Starlight' whoosh next week :D
