Journey to goal

Hello all
I thought I would start a diary and say hello. I've dieted for what seems like forever and have lost a fair amount of weight. I did juddd successfully last year but stopped and gained back a few pounds through eating too much and not really exercising. I'm currently sitting at 126lbs and would love to lose the last 15 and focus on maintaining. I'll be starting my first dd on saturday, as I'll be back at work and find it so much easier to do, until then the plan is to cut down calories/carbs and get back into the swing of things. Looking forward to this

I'm really looking forward to it, my stomach looks so bloated right now, and i love the flexibility JUDDD gives me.
