Js diary

Hi

Just want to start a diary too double check I'm doing it properly .

I started sw 3 weeks ago . Got my third weigh in tomorrow so far I've lost 6:1/2 .

EE
Breakfast: 2x whole meal toast HxB , quark, banana , honey (1tsp 1syn)

Lunch: 2 slices ham, salad, egg, tomatoes

Dinner: Syn free curry , sw chips, peas, onions, garlic, peppers

Snack: treat size dairy milk (4syns)
Coffee through out day HxA

How does this seem to everyone ??
