Yep give everything a good mix and dollop onto a non stick pan. I didn't sweetened mine as I did add truvia to the fruit and the yogurt and you could have them plain with sweetener and cinnamon if you fancy a lower cal option.

Ok so I am in love with today! I had the most amazing day food wise and if this is what my future looks like then I won't complain to much I don't think. I am looking forward to my DD tomorrow but I know I might change my mind at some point lol
 
Hello everyone, ok, ok, so after even more deliberation I am starting today but with a down day!! *rolls eyes* I can have the curry tomorrow night. So have been googling 500 cals menus all night last night. I am excited and nervous but it feels good to have renewed focus. Yee haw xx

The South Beach diet has a bag loads of recipes under 500 cals Mon.

I have a old one I dug up last night as I'm doing the 5:2 diet.

Thanks Trini I have loads of meals I can cook, I was meaning more of a 500cal day menu. However yoday i am implementing a new strategy, do not eat on my DD until I am hungry will see how that goes. Hope you've had a good weekend. xx

My first fast day of two today but I'm having a low cal lunch and dinner, as opposed to just eating once.

Out of interest, what happens if you don't eat a large amount of calories on non-fasting days?

I think your body will enter starvation mode and counteract the benefits of this diet, you need to eat freely on your UP days. put your body to work on the UP days then give it a break to heal and repair itself on the DD days.

hi i just had a read through, you are doing so positively arent you, i love the pics of the down days they actually look scrumptious you wouldnt think this was sa diet would you, am so pleased i was steered this way.

Hi hun I am a bit of a Pollyanna I supposes LOL
I just devised my yummy menu for today and I think i will be fine, not feeling hungry yet and is nearly lunch time. I do worry for my lovely husband though he took 4 ryvita's and some cottage cheese to work today .
 
Ok people so I have formulated my DD and input everything into the MFP calculator, however I am being incredibly stupid and dim because I cannot see anywhere on there how I can update my stats.
This is what I currently get(click the image below please) IT MAKES ME PEE MY LEG WITH LAUGHTER, help me please !!! I don't want to weigh 1.5 kg by September

Monica, why is your daily goal over 13,000 calories? Maybe this is the problem.

Oh I know that but I haven't done anything to put it there it has been a gift from the MFP, how do i change is my question? ta guys
 
Go to goals, then click on green change goals button, then click in custom box and then you can change your calories.

The only thing I found is that once you put in a calorie amount you have to stick with that, you cannot have different calorie amounts each day.
 
I see no flamin goal option where abouts on the screen is it? Thanks Linda I am soo frustrated by this
