The calculator is only a rough guide, if you stick to under 500 cals on dds for your first two weeks at least you'll be fine x

That does seem a bit low, I should imagine if you stick with 1800-2000 you'll be fine. Mine came out at 2400 when I first did it for my up days, which I think is too much and been sticking around 2000-2200 at the very most. This site is good for finidng your calorie needs:

Oh forgot to add, if you start a bit higher at least then if your weight loss does slow at least you'll have something to cut it back a bit.
