After reading all your chat about Wii active I was inspired to get back on the 30 day plan, I thought if Judi can do it then so can I. OMG yesterday was 'thrusting and lunging day' not as exciting as it sounds. and today I can hardly walk, and to top it all I weigh 2lbs heavier. My arse is so sore the back of my thighs are sore and having to bend down this morning is hard. so ta for the inspiration and making me feel guilty for having all the gear and not exercising. im sure I will feel better the longer I keep at it.gonna have a rest day today,you did say that it was hard at first but of course I thought yeah yeah.

Im right there with you, i do the active as well and the lunges they get blooming worse, keep at it., it be worth it in the end haha and keep them measurements as judi advise me to. Which Indensity level was you on? Im still on low atm.

Hi Jacqui I did take measurements as Judi suggested coz I was a bit concerned about putting weight on due to the fluids so at least in a few weeks I can compare them, I am on the medium intensity usually burns about 170 calories per session, and bot do i sweat.
I am working today so will be on the move most of the day look forward to a nice hot shower later and will do more exercise tomorrow, you girls keep at it as well.

Oh heavens! (mind you I started on easy) and it's not just you! One of my assistants at work did it for the first time yesterday and she's walking like John Wayne!
I could hardly come down stairs for the first 4 days! But it soon wears off and boy does your shape change!Trust me it will be worth it! I now have ribs!

I will have to take your word for it, funny but I do enjoy it and would have done it today if I could have.Please dont come up with anymore bright ideas for a while let me get used to this first. xx
