Well after being totally in the groove last year and losing 2.5 stone I hit the buffers with depression and in the last 6 months I have put 8lbs on. However now that spring finally seems to have sprung, and I feel well again, I am going to pull my shoulders back and start again. I NEED to be a size 14!
So it's back to basics, writing down everything I eat, PLANNING! and time to dust off the Wii and do abit of exercise!

So I just did 30 mins free step on the Wii, watching The Great british menu! I am wringing wet! But my halo is choking me! :) not only that I have been 100% on plan today. Onwards and downwards!

Well this morning I did 30 mins step on More Workouts, and felt so good I carried on and did an upper body one too. 44mins. I've been more or less on track with the eating too! Hopefully something will begin to show up soon. I'm certainly not as bloated as at the weekend. My stomach looks a little flatter!

Well the exercise is going well! I've done 2 hrs gardening, then I thought I'd take the easy way out and do Rosemary Conleys Salsacise dvd! OMW! The back of my hair is wringing wet and my face is like a beetroot! Certainly got the old heart pumping! I'll get back on the Wii tomorrow!
