You're Welcome, yesterday was much better, going home today! Yippee! X

Dad is a lot better, just waiting for him to be transferred to our local hospital now!

He has to have these on for 6 weeks!

The other half is having a major pain spike this weekend and I had to give him morphine. I think his worrying about his exam on tuesday! On Wednesday I'm taking him out for the day to celebrate finishing his 2nd year at uni, we are going to Twycross zoo, oldest nephew coming too!

Going to get back on track today but not weighing myself till next week as do not want to put any pressure on myself!

I can't see your pic :-( Glad to hear that Dad is a lot better, can't be nice to see your OH in lots of pain tho :-( I hope u all enjoy your day at the Zoo, will you take a picnic? Definitely don't put pressure on yourself with the scales, it's not all about the numbers at the end of the day. X

Yes going to do a picnic, will plan in a bit what to take. It is horrible seeing the OH suffering as you feel so helpless.
Yes and my dads mobility wasn't great before so it's going to be a long process, I don't think that's entered into his thoughts yet! I've had a quick look through your diary, loved the dress you wore to London and sounds like you &amp; Poppy had a lovely time! I'm a Nando's virgin too lol! Xxx

Another Nando's Virgin!!! The Dress seemed very popular! I love a good picnic, my favourite item is my special crustless quiche but didn't have time to make one today :-( x
