Argh feel massive this week but been pretty good!! X

I've had some very bad days this week ... Dreading weigh in tomorrow .. Might weigh n not stay lol xx

I was thinking that but im gonna stay cause gives me the motivation for the next week xx

Yeah true .. Well after tomorrow Its 7 weigh ins left til Xmas ... So im pushing myself now xx

Well star week is here so def going to be a gain as not had a star week in over 5 months :-( xx

That's rubbish!! But if you stick with it the best you can imagine the loss you could have next week x my dad will be home in 10 mins off his all in holiday to Mexico I'm bck at work tomorrow x got a girl date with my bridesmaids on Thursday then all up until Xmas I'm 100% xx
