Oh well... Been on hols - couple of days in London and then in the Cotswolds (what a contrast! Lol). So weighed last night and had a gain of "gulp" - 6 bloody pounds. IT never ceases to surprise me how quickly I can gain so much in such a short space of time!!

But it was also my star week and I've been on a course of antibiotics... Yeah yeah clutching at straws.

Anyway what's done is done. (And I did have a fab time!)

Back on it today with a vengeance.

Pointless updating - I've still got it all to lose and more. Here goes.
