I'm cheating a little bit as I've actually missed my target by 1/4 of a lb lol! But that'll maybe be the late coffee last night... that's my excuse! I did lose more but my 4 day birthday celebration in the middle sort of ruined it a bit

Well I fell off the wagon big style thanks to some very busy and stressful night shifts earlier this month.

Didn't hit my target but I have lost 9 1/2 lbs, not too shabby!! Takes my total since mid-May to 30lbs, very happy with that but I know I can keep going! Hopefully more on wagon than off this month though!!

Yaay ! I did it I reached target 14 lbs lost this month I was a bit pessimistic last week but made it So 14 lbs down in July!! I am loving Exanteee!!!!!!
