Jumping For Joy!!!!!!!!!!

Had my first weigh in today and I've lost a whopping 13lbs!!!!!

Fiona made me step on the scales twice and had one of the other ladies already weighed step on again just to make sure as she thought there might be something wrong with the scales! LOL :D

I know that most of this will be down to water retention, but what a motivation to keep me on track this week. I absolutely love this eating plan (refuse to call it a diet as I've eaten more this week than I normally would). Such a huge variety to choose from there is really no excuse for not being good.

No weigh in for the next two weeks as I'm off to Yorkshire. No excuses though as I'll be staying in a cottage and plan to stick to plan and supplement that with plenty of walking! Who knows, I might even find a SW class nearby!

I lost 14lb the week I gave birth! What you did in 1 week, I could only manage by having another human extracted from my body lol... WELL DONE!!!
