You don't need the book, its simples honest
1. 500 or less on a DD
2. Eat freely without overeating on an Up day
3, alternate UP, DOWN, don't do 2 DD together but its accepatable to do 2 UP together
4 Use an intermediate day if you need to (the amount of cals you would allow yourself if cal counting, for me that would be 1200)
5 My personal rules, be strict on your DD enjoy your UP
