It could be hormonal or water retention. Remember your oft does not know it is weigh day.
 
Maybe you need to look at your intakes?

I was looking at your diary on mfp, your DD's are averaging about 750 and your up are around 1600, I don't think there is enough of a up down swing to maybe switch on the hormone thing. Go back to the juddd calculator and get your cal intake levels and maybe really focus on doing that next week to see if it has an impact

Yep I'm on ID all week. If you back track on MVP you'll see I rarely go over 1000 anyway. Which in theory means I should lose weight anyway regardless of sirt genes.
Anyway, thanks all for the support, fingers crossed for next week! I think I need to look at my food groups - I recently reintroduced potatoes and bread/wheat into my diet again and I really do wonder if they have had an effect.

Well done everybody, fab losses!

Gentoo - I think I've put on this week. It's totm and because of half term I've only done one down day, today was supposed to be a second but ive already eaten over 1000 cals! Weigh in tomorrow or tues. I've stuck to low carb and exercised most days so we'll see...happens to us all at some point!

1lb down which I'm totally delighted with given that I only had 1 DD over half term :) my clothes feel looser and I can see more definition around my waist and tummy - yay!

STS for me. I need to do the induction properly. Just tough it out. I lost week one and then got a little lax. Typical. Live and learn.
