Today I have munched on so much choc I feel so bad y do I do it I use my fitness pal I put 1500 calories in for the day I haven't much left for tea now coz I have had crap grrrrr stupid stupid me I blame it on the weather !
 
Don't eat less proper food because of eating junk just write the day off now, but still eat a healthy meal because your body still needs that even though you've ate crap x
 
It's very low, maybe you arnt eating enough so your body thinks it's starving and keeps hold of weight? You need to eat more to get all the right things to keep you healthy and give the baby what it needs, you don't want to be really losing weight in pregnancy anyway it can be dangerous for baby x
 
I have so much fruit and a decent breakfast yoghurts crisps and a dinner I excersise too I don't get it my body certainly not starving lol it just likes to hold weight
 
If you are eating that low cals then it technically is starving your body that's why you lose weight because you don't have enough calories to burn so your body burns itself up, if you are doing exercise too then you need to eat even more, 1500 is what they recommend to have to lose 1lb a week so it's not enough in pregnancy particularly if you are doing exercise because that uses extra
There will be a limit your body can deal with and lower than that it will store what you eat instead of using it because it doesn't know when it will next get enough cals if you get me
 
Hi girls,
On average I probably have about 2000 calories and ive gained 3lbs im almost 30 wks but I need to try and cut down on the junk!
Jessie see how you get on over the next wk by eating those extra calories im sure it will make a difference :)

I had a mw app today and my baby is breech, hope she will turn and got have my bloods taken again as they have gone missing x
