Just a little help please

About 5 years ago I lost 6.5 stone low carbing, I started it because I went on shakes (lipotrim) and found it quite difficult to stick too, so I looked at the nutrition and realised that it was based on cutting carbs so I come off that and cut the carbs instead which was so much easier being able to eat normal food, I got down from a size 22 to a size 10, but now I'm back up to a size 16 after bad food choices I've been back low carbing for a month now, and seeing small results just wonderimg as I can't remember how much weight can you expect to lose every month as my whole personality and confidence is back to 0, its amazing how weight effects everything, just so looking forward to going back to a size 10 and feeling on top of the world again x

It depends on your carb intake, and at what point you enter ketosis. When I low carbed (I don't anymore as it made me ill and I piled it all back on again), I had 20g max carbs a day.
