I am doing the Rosemary Conley diet loosely with tablets but after reading the info in the packs I don't think I am eating the right stuff, my question is what are other people eating in a day and am I doing it right?
Breakfast - either beans on toast or shredded wheat
Lunch - Chicken salad sandwich and some fruit
Dinner - Chicken/Fish veg and potatoes and some fruit or yohurt
