I am doing the Rosemary Conley diet loosely with tablets but after reading the info in the packs I don't think I am eating the right stuff, my question is what are other people eating in a day and am I doing it right?

Breakfast - either beans on toast or shredded wheat

Lunch - Chicken salad sandwich and some fruit

Dinner - Chicken/Fish veg and potatoes and some fruit or yohurt

RC is basically the same as what we do on Xenical..5% fat diet, no more than 15g of fat per meal, with the exception of oily fish ( as in you can't have it while on Xenical, as the tabs don't make the distinction between good healthy fats and bad fats. While on Xenical fat is fat :eek:)
Ok, so meal wise, this is what my food diary looked like today

Breakfast
30g Sainsbury Balance ( like Special K only cheaper ;)) with skimmed milk
100g strawberries
2 slice wholemeal toast
30g reduced sugar jam

Mid Mornning snack
some melon

Lunch
Mug homemade veg and lentil soup
WW pizza ( caramelised onion and feta cheese one )
Banana

Afternoon snack
a pack of 3 trimline crispy biscuits ( I can only find them in Morrisons, but they're abit like Go Ahead crispys)

Dinner
Mug homemade veg and lentil soup
Morrisons Eat Smart Minced Lamb Hotpot served with loads of green veggies
Tesco Light Choices Chocolate Mousse.

I've had 3 mugs of green tea and also about 3 litres of water to drink.


Homemade veg soups are my God send, they're low in fat, low in calories and fill you up nicely :D

yeah sounds about rite hun! its more the processed stuff u have to watch for fat and also portion size but alis menu is spot on!

I have.

2 WB or shredded wheat
250 ml Orange juice

Usally a ham or some kinda meat sandwhich with lettace cucumber
Fruit
Ski yogurt

Tea time i usally have WW meals with some extra veg. I sometimes have chilli, jacket potato ect.
And normally fruit or a WW dessert.

And through the day i snack on fruit and drink around 2ltrs of water.
Oh yea and 3 blue pills lol x
