Hi 'mummy' did I see you did cd before? I did, this isn't as nice tasting but you get a MEAL -YAY!!! AND three snacks. Another good thing is you can exercise, in fact you are advised to, this will be a doddle after cd. As with CD drink as much water as you can, vary your snacks, experiment with meals ( MUST be low carb, snacks and meal)
i put up a post earlier on allowable snacks.
