OMG it killed me!!! Needed to burn off some of the syns i over indulged in at the dog racing on Saturday.

My backside is killing me now tho!!! phoarr! (Though secretly im kinda enjoying the exercise pain!)

Aww thanks peeps. Must admit i am a little chuffed at my achievement tonight. Im going to do it tomorrow after work. I enjoyed it- coz i live near fields and a canal so its nice and theraputic.

P.S. The bum pain is still paining lol
