I was watching bits of the London Marathon yesterday and was saying to my husband that will be me next year...will have to work hard towards that.
Good luck and it definately is a motivator!

Thanks all! I've always hated running but this June I am doing the 5km Race for Life and have started training for it by using a plan called 'Running Made Easy' and I have to say I'm really enjoying it! I want to be able to keep pushing myself with small goals, incentives and this is the first time there has been a 10km in Plymouth so am going for it! xxx

oh my good god that is crazy!! i'm doing the 5k race for life with my consultant this yr!! but seriously good on you girl you should feel proud!

Great, running is fantastic for weight loss, de stressing, building muscle (Ergo increased BMR) and just about everything :D

How far do you run at the moment?
