That is how I found the site actually. Love love love the iPhone app and helps me to have it to hand if in feeling tempted I can log on and get inspired by all u lovely people

I downloaded the app onto my iPad love it, it motivates me when I feel hungry ( often brain hungry and not stomach hungry!) and I like the support, ideas and community feeling Danielle

I have it on my iPhone and iPad and much prefer the iPad version as it is much bigger
