I just made a kind of mini cheeseburger pie without some of the ingredients and on a smaller scale. I was starving at the beginning and couldnt wait for it to be ready. It was so lush, and I was full after half of it, but I just kept going and ate the lot!!
Thats really bad isnt it? Although it was all within limits but you are not supposed to eat til you are stuffed are you?

it was mince and 50g of onion cooked in the wok, then transferred to the bottom of a glass dish, and then mixed up cheese, double cream, egg and mayo in a jug and added that on top and cooked for 30 mins, it was just like eating lasagne, or similar anyway! I think for the whole thing it was about 7g of carbs. 1 for the eggs, 1 for the cream and mayo, and 5 for the onion. x

i wouldnt count the eggs!! so 6 carbs :D
