Just Getting The Shock I Needed

Morning,

long story short, well i cn only get to class 1 week out of three cos of o/h shift patterns and kids, so of course i have not bn on plan for these last 2 weeks, but this morning i have went to put my jeans on and to say the least they are cutting me in two and i have the worlds biggest muffin top, so i am going to get bk on plan today and hopefully undo some of the weight i have gained in the past two weeks for wen i get weighed next week (hope u keeping up)

I have one worry what if i am super good all week, go to get weighed next week and i still have a gain off all the crap i have eat the prev two weeks xx

Any ideas, thoughts very very welcome xxxxxxx

Eat lots of superfree foods, and stick to plan for the whole week.
You may lose some of the extra weight depending how much you have put on.
If you still have put on, don't worry about it as you will lose it if you stick to plan all the time and not just the week you go to WI!

thats annoying not being able to go to the classes - i do it at home now as i didnt much like the classes to be honest.

i agree more superfree and walks will get you started
