    Hi all, well i just been for my 1st weigh in and i lost............10lbs !!:bliss::bliss::bliss::bliss::bliss:

    I feel ecstatic...elated.....happy-jappy.!!!

    This diet really does work and i feel really proud that kept to it. I have 3 boys and a hubby and i cooked for them all week and i coulda, woulda but i never haha! xx
