    Hi Everyone just got weighed and I have lost 5lbs. Last week I remained the same as the week before I think because it was the totm so felt a bit down. I only have 3lbs to go to make a stone. I am feeling really positive...almost a stone gone in a month. I have never had that success before with any other diet. Good luck everyone. xxx

    Start weight 17st 4lbs

    Week 1 - 6llbs loss:D = 16st 12lbs
    Week 2 - 0 loss :(:(= 16st 12lbs
    Week 3 - 5llbs loss:D = 16st 7lbs
