I used to 'suffer' badly, but have had a couple and they are fab and you feel like an olympic afterwards....my specialist sport is the Toilet Somersault!

No not embarrasing....when you've had 3 kids nothing is!!!! There are trained to a high standard and really make it like its no big deal. And no not sore, just a bit uncomfortable xx

Cost me £50 and next time will be £45. Cant really afford it but curiosity fot the better of me! x

Will see if it helped with weight loss at WI on Friday.....pants felt loose after tho and just felt fab!! had a sleep after tho!! Was quite relaxing!! xxx

No, didn't hurt, just a bit uncomfy at first! Didn't wanna look what was coming out!! Would have heaved!!! Doesn't make you fart, just feels like you need a big s***!!! Go have it done!! Its worth it!! xxx
