Hiya everone,
How is evryone doing today?

i have to have 3 cd plus a meal this week so!!

i have just had:
cottage cheese, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage bake.

It was bloody lovely lol when you been on ss for 12 weeks but i am feeling full up to the top,

and still got a shake to have yet.

i have had 3 liters of water so far today

things are going well so far fingers crossed.

is anyone else doing the same this week would love to know how you are going on

yummy that sounds really good, is it a recipe you already knew how to make or did you find it on here somewhere, I would really like some recipes for my AAMW, I don't suppose you would tell me how you made it would you.... sorry for being cheeky....
