Hey girl, I started today also and started with the choc shake which was nice. Now that's 3 people who are starting their exante diet today.

its going as well as it can be...so for that

mildly hungry BUT only had 1 shake so far....so thats ok.

Ok - had 2 shakes a litre of water and a coke zero. A hospital appointment where I was told nothing they can do about me falling over and loosing my memory then got home to my son being excluded for second time in 2 weeks.
So the diet is actually the most positive thing right now
