make slimming world bbq sauce recipe SYN FREE(search recipe forum)

i made the bbq sauce poured over the chicken and put into a heatproof dish popped in the oven for 40 mins

and made the sw chips with it.

not my own recipe but put it together and it was lovely

Try wrapping the chicken in bacon or Parma ham.. Makes It even tastier!! Mmm and a sprinkle of cheese with hexA yummy making me hungry now!!

i just made my own bbq sauce stays the same but just thickens but thats when i make it on the stove. x

cut the chicken breast in 2 , mix some quark , garlic and spring onion put in middle , wrap in the bacon , cook in bbq sauce....glourious
