Just had to share this with you all ( Nutty Eggs )

    A lovely quick light lunch (Phase 1)

    1 Baby Avocado
    3 Boiled Eggs
    3-4 Walnuts
    8 Cashews Nuts
    10 Pistachio Nuts
    Tablespoon Feta Cheese


    Boil your eggs the way you like them I like mine hard.

    Cut them up.

    Dice your baby avocado, place them in your bowl or plate.

    Then crush your nuts not to small like bread crumbs.

    Sprinkle them on top of your boiled eggs and avocado.

    Get your Feta cheese and sprinkle that over the eggs, avocado and nuts.

    I'm telling you, I was full after eating this and it tasted lovely.

    I need to go and buy ingredients....Nuts are so expensive now:( . I'm eating truckloads of them lol. I'll let you know what I think x
