Maybe you could start a diary which might help keep you on track - as we all know that having someone "watching us" makes us better able to resist the devilish temptation that is junk food!

Like you, I have tried every diet going -managed to lose weight only to put it back on again. This time, I gave a vlcd a go (W8) and it was really easy to stick to amazingly - I would have thought prior to doing it that I would last a week! but I managed 10 and 31lbs - so it might be worth looking into.
There are loads of others (Lighter life, Cambridge, Lipotrim, )
