Maybe you could start a diary which might help keep you on track - as we all know that having someone "watching us" makes us better able to resist the devilish temptation that is junk food!

Like you, I have tried every diet going -managed to lose weight only to put it back on again. This time, I gave a vlcd a go (W8) and it was really easy to stick to amazingly - I would have thought prior to doing it that I would last a week! but I managed 10 and 31lbs - so it might be worth looking into.
There are loads of others (Lighter life, Cambridge, Lipotrim, )
Little Rotund one.....I only wish I could stick to a VLCD, I know it would get me where I want to be but I know my limitations and know from past experience that i can't do it. My friend is doing Lipotrim and looks and feels fantastic.
Hiya hun, Unfortunately with vlcd ya have to be extremley focused however ya have said ya have tried every other diet under the sun so it may be best just to give it a weeks trial and see how it goes. Once ya see the weight coming off then it could really change your mind. No matter what diet ya try we are always here to offer support and advice, all the best, take care
