Just made the Raspberry & Cranberry biscuits...

    .... and they all fell to pieces as I touched them with the spoon --- got a plateful of crumbs LOL

    Yep they were still nice - a bit like a raspberry meringue, very moreish though :)

    Katie, when you press them with a spoon, use a knife to run under the spoon and lift it, then press the little bits back together again and reshape - when they coold they will be together.

    That happened to me the first time too, but once they are rehsaped and cool they are rtogether - and they are moreish!

    Mine fell apart too, but after a bit of re-squidging with the spoon and some re-distribution of some of the chocolate/yoghurty stuff back on the top of the biscuit, they were lovely. Will never be eating a cranberry bar straight out of the packet ever again (although don't think my teeth could hack it, anyway!)

    I did squash them together and they were gorgeous - I'll be having the bar like that now too.
