hi i live in the north east but i started doing ss myself at home, we used to have a class near me then it closed. im using a copy of 'pep plus' and trying to get a copy of 'pep complete' off ebay. i only had 11lbs left to lose after having my daughter 4yrs ago and have lost 3lbs of that with ss so have 8.5lbs to go. ive looked on the ss website but im just a visitor so cant post much on there. im really enjoying it though.
