Just ruined it on Day 2/Day 3? What do I do next?

I had two meals and just had a ham and cucumber sarnie and some coke. Where do I go from here I'm not giving up?

I want to work down the plans. Anyone have a link to what we can have on all the different plans online?
 
Whoops ....never mind put a line under it, go to bed and start again tomorrow.

The first few days are the worst then after at your body gets used to not having food. I'm starting again tomorrow on the next trawl so lets keep in touch.

As for info on the other plans try the Cambridge website, that would be your best bet.
