Just seen my CDC!!

And she's LOVELY!! I was a bit worried, especially after reading all those horror stories on the what to expect from your CDC thread lol! She offers mobile services for a small charge of £3 which is great because I have a 14 month old who makes it difficult for me to get around, plus I don't want him wrecking the CDC's house! Anyway she was really nice, we had a cup of tea and a nice long chat about my weight loss history, my relationship with food, what my goals are and what I plan to do when I get to goal. She said it's really important to have a maintenance plan as so many people focus on the weight loss, which ironically, is the easiest part! Got all my shakes and fibre powder and ready to start tomorrow! I'm actually quite excited lol!

Good luck with Cambridge. You soon see the pounds melt away. Your CDC sounds very supportive and helpful.
I live in Surrey too...would you mind if I ask who your CDC is???
