Just shakes?

hi everyone I'm on day 5 of LLT, finding it hard as I'm only having shakes ( had a reaction to meals) finding the shakes are making me feel sick therefore skipping one a day at the moment.
Has anyone else used only shakes and how did u find it? Any advice?

It can be a bit boring just having the shakes but when I was in first week I would make them slightly thicker so I felt I was having something different also use ice cubes gives you something to crunch, I now buy the mousse mix it's a god send!hope that helps just remember your on day 5 only 2 to go till weigh in then you can have bars etc. good luck.x
 
amz, I am on day two. Only really like the vanila shake so far. I tried the veggie soup and it was ok. (a shame you had a reaction to those). Just wanted to see how you were getting on. I imgaine I will be having more shakes than the others. Is it imperitive we have 4 per day? Yesterday I really didn't want the 4th one.
