We had....
Syn free chinese with syn free chips and sw cheesecake. 8syn whole cake so 2syn a quarter.... Omg i felt like i pigged out! So yum!!

Sure.

Blend together quark or low fat nat cottage cheese with 5tbs sweetener and white choc options and 2 geletine leafs made with 142ml water. Put in a dish put sliced strawberries on top and sprinkle 2 crushed custard creams.

Other ones u can crush merangue for eaton mess cheese cake. Use bananas n toffee ice cream sauce instead of a crunch for banoffee cheesecake. Also normal choc options and crush oreo biscuits for choc crunch cheesecake!! Syns will vary tho for each different one :) nomnom

Just basic mushy pea curry sauce
Fry onion and garlic in fry light. Blend with tin of mushy peas tin of chopped toms. Splash of light soy sauce and medium curry powder n salt. Taaaa daaaaa done. Add peas and chunnky onion and choice of meat :)

Sure thibg its so simple it will fry ur brain! I cheat as i am crap at cookin rice lol

Cook easy cook rice (i do it in the microwave lol)

Drain if needed. Put in the wok with fry light light and dark soy sauce. In a jug do 3 eggs beat and put in microwave 2mins. Scramble the egg. Put with the rice. Fry it all off together...wallllahhhhh!! Egg fried rice without the grease :)

Tonight im cookin syn free indian curry with indian fried rice (the one with the onions in) and 2syn home made chappatti :)
