Just started CS

Hi all,

I started CS just over a week ago. In my first week I lost 5lbs, I was so happy as it usually takes me months to loose anything!

I have looked through a few posts and everyone is doing really well on this diet too, it helps to share the experience with other people.

Just hope I can keep this going
