Just started........need support!

    Hi Guys,

    Just started herbalife (first time). Got the stuff last week but feel like im not doing well at controlling my eating.
    I did Cambridge diet last June and lost 2 stone in a month but it was sole source which means 3 shakes a day only and no meals! It was sooooo tough but worth it but impossible to maintain,
    This time round with herbalife as i am allowed to eat on it , i feel like i cant control what i eat and portions (especially having a boyfriend who can eat anything and still stay skinnny)! Grrrrr! So i was thinking about doing the same kind of plan on herbalife only having my shakes and see how i get on........
