Hi, started on the CD last week (15th April) to be precise....my councellor is away on holiday for 2 weeks so need some sort of support really until I see her again on the 29th! I can see by posting thoughts or questions it helps ease the thoughts of FOOD and help interact with confidence, as I am not the only one doing it, which feels great! I have to hold my hand up and say it was great first few days...have not suffered that bad from withdrawal symptoms but did cheat on the 3rd day..quite disappointed!! :break_diet:But I know that is not going to stop me, I still have the shakes and keep going as I do feel great. I know I am not in ketosis as yet coz I cheated but I am sure I will be soon if I keep trying....Anybody out there with the same problem:sigh:

    Hey Diva...
Just wanted to wish you luck on your cd journey..
Its a great diet.. and you will feel so good once you see the weight falling of you..
I hope you dont mind me pointing out but this particular section is for ss.. and we are not allowed to mention food as people doing the ss plan dont always want to discuss food etc.. there is another section just called cambridge diet.. where you can mention whatever you like . lol ..
This forum is really supportive and everyone is there for each other. so just shout if you have any questions. i bet when you go for your wi in two week you will have a great loss.
    Good luck . x

Thanks, Joe and Pebb. You know once you cheat, it's hard to keep away so now it's my third day with 100% commitment and no cheats whatsoever. I am already feeling the benefits....

Today is 3rd day without cheating and now I am hoping I will go into ketosis from tomorrow. I don't feel low or hungry and have sat through quite a lot of temptations but I will keep going. Thanks to each one of you, I fell confident that I can do this...
