Hi, started on the CD last week (15th April) to be precise....my councellor is away on holiday for 2 weeks so need some sort of support really until I see her again on the 29th! I can see by posting thoughts or questions it helps ease the thoughts of FOOD and help interact with confidence, as I am not the only one doing it, which feels great! I have to hold my hand up and say it was great first few days...have not suffered that bad from withdrawal symptoms but did cheat on the 3rd day..quite disappointed!! :break_diet:But I know that is not going to stop me, I still have the shakes and keep going as I do feel great. I know I am not in ketosis as yet coz I cheated but I am sure I will be soon if I keep trying....Anybody out there with the same problem:sigh:
